UK Mainland Delivery Delivery and packaging is based on mainland UK shipments (excluding the Channel Islands) and are calculated on a weight basis. All items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery as this provides the necessary cover on insurance and speed of delivery. Orders need to be placed by 2pm for receipt the following day (this excludes Weekends, Bank and Public Holidays). Please note that all deliveries require a signature, so ensure you make the necessary arrangements to effect this.
Overseas Delivery Orders to overseas destinations can be organised, please email or telephone to receive a price for this service. Items despatched overseas will usually take 7-10 working days (depending on the delivery service used). Please allow 21 days before contacting us if you have still not received your delivery so we can investigate the situation from our end.
Non Delivery Please telephone or contact us via email in the case of non-delivery within 72 hours of the expected delivery time having expired.
Payment Payment by credit or debit card is taken at the time of order.All transactions with Fort Rocks Ltd are via the Protx secure payment gateway which encrypts all your personal information whilst in transit.Fort Rocks Ltd is not advised and does not hold any payment information relating to credit or debit cards.

Pricing All our prices are displayed in UK Pounds Sterling. Local taxes and duties outside the EU are the responsibility of the Customer in the country of destination.
Order Confirmation You will receive email confirmation of your order.
Trade Descriptions We make every effort to ensure photography and descriptions are as accurate as possible. However slight differences in colours and textures on photographs may occur when viewed on different equipment.
The Fort Rocks Ltd Guarantee We hope you will be absolutely delighted with your purchases but if any item is defective or damaged in transit then please advise within 24 hours of receipt in writing, by email, letter or by telephone the reason for the required return. The products must be returned together with the original packaging within 7 days of purchase. All returns should be insured for their return passage (we are not liable for lost goods!). A decision will then be made as to whether the goods can be exchanged or refunded, in part or in full. Delivery costs are not refundable in the case of return of order or part thereof. Please remember that crystals supplied are natural and raw stones and therefore it is entirely normal to see inclusions within them, which cannot be regarded as a faulty item.
Cancellation of Order You have the right to cancel your order prior to shipment. We will refund the total amount of the goods, less any costs incurred, within 30 days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation in writing by email or by telephone notification during normal office hours [Mon to Fri 9.00am to 5.00pm]. Refunds for cancellations will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.
Returns You have the right to return your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will refund the total amount of the goods, less any delivery and collection costs, within 30 days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation in writing by email, letter or telephone notification during normal office hours [Mon to Fri 9.00am to 5.00pm]. Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.When returning any goods, please ensure you provide details of (a) your name (b) your daytime telephone number (c) your order number (d) your reason for return. All returns should be made together with the original packaging and insured for their return passage (we are not liable for lost goods!).
